ESFA launch Official England Kit for 21/22 with Pro:Direct

The ESFA is delighted to announce the brand new England kit for the 2021/22 international season, thanks to official kit suppliers, Pro:Direct. The Kit will be worn by the England U15 Schoolgirls and England U18 Schoolboys throughout their 2022 international campaigns.

The new England Schoolgirl & Schoolboy kit has been designed and produced by official ESFA kit provider, Pro:Direct. The ESFA is delighted with the sleek and modern design and cannot wait to see the international players pull on their new shirts in their respecive campaigns this season.

The 21/22 international shirts once again feature the ESFA’s principle partner, Utilita and their Energy High5 Campaign as the front of shirt sponsor. The Association is happy to be promoting Utilita’s energy saving campaign and helping to spread the important message ‘to waste less energy and start saving money’.

Jem Maidment, Utilita Chief Marketing Officer commented: “To once again be supporting the Girls’ & Boys’ squads within the ESFA is something we are immensely proud of, especially with an exciting set of international fixtures due in 2022. We are thrilled with the impressive, slick design for the new kits as well as featuring Utilita’s Energy High5 logo on the front of the shirt. Our award-winning campaign is central to this partnership, with Schools’ Football acting as the catalyst to help households avoid the five most common habits that waste energy. We wish both squads – U15 Schoolgirls and U18 Schoolboys – all the very best for their upcoming fixtures in their sparkling new kits!”

The England U18 Schoolboys were presented with their new England shirts last weekend for their first International friendly of the season against the RAF U23 squad, in which the England squad achieved a 4 – 1 win. The England U15 Schoolgirls will be presented with their new shirts at their preparatory training camps during February half term.

ESFA Chairman, Mark Hignett said: “The ESFA is delighted to be revealing the new England kits today and to once again be representing Utilita’s Energy High5 Campaign as the front of shirt sponsor. We are delighted with the updated design of the kit and thank Pro:Direct, the ESFA’s official kit supplier, for their hard work in designing a shirt that our international players will be proud to show off throughout the season. I look forward to seeing what our international teams can achieve wearing their new kit this season.”

This announcement comes midway through Schools’ Football Week 2022 in association with Haier. Schools’ Football Week is an  ongoing  ESFA initiative designed as an opportunity for schools, teams and clubs from across the country to embrace schools’ football and the wellbeing  benefits it provides to pupils and players.  It celebrates  the importance of schools’ football, competitive or otherwise, to pupils across England  and provides teachers and coaches with  tools and a motivation to further discuss the benefits of schools’ football  within their educational environment.

The England U15 Schoolgirls and U18 Schoolboys represent the highest level of schools’ football in the country and it is amazing to be able to reveal their new kit during this week, hopefully providing inspiration for all schools’ football players up and down the country!
