Everyone remembers being a pupil at school sitting on the edge of your seat, eyes on the clock, waiting for the lunch bell to ring to either let all your friends see how amazing your Panini sticker collection is or to search the lunch hall high and low in pursuit of a potential swap deal for that one elusive Messi, Pelé or Rooney. Whether you were collecting the 1986 Mexico World Cup album or last year’s 2018 Russian World Cup album we have all been there, for me it was the 2006 Germany World Cup and a star filled England team with the likes of Beckham and a young Rooney, plus three ex-ESFA England Schoolboys’ Joe Cole, Jermain Defoe and Michael Owen!

Like collecting every footballing superstars’ sticker we all liked to imagine having our own Panini sticker, in the England strip and representing the county – well, for our England U18 Schoolboys’ that dream recently became a reality! Thanks to our friends over at Panini UK HQ, all 18 squad members have their own digital Panini sticker created, detailing each players height, weight, position, squad number and county team.

Thanks to Panini UK the 2018/19 England Schoolboys’ have kicked of their England U18 Schoolboys’ experience with memories to cherish already and hopefully it will be the first of many Panini stickers to come in their footballing career.
