The English Schools’ Football Association’s player engagement campaign is aimed at increasing the amount of input their players have in the decisions they make. The Association will aim to use this feedback to make decisions on a national level that directly benefits the pupils participating in ESFA activity.
National Finals 2023- Player Feedback
For the English Schools’ Football Associations National Final events in May and June 2023, collecting feedback from the players participating was once again a top priority. The feedback collected has been analysed and distributed to the relevant committees, directly influencing the decision making of the ESFA with the aim of making the associations activity as enjoyable and inclusive as possible. National Finals 2022- Player Feedback
As part of the Association’s ongoing mission to seek out feedback from players who take part in ESFA activity, they have collected feedback from those who took part in the 2022 National Final events at West Bromwich FC, Stoke City FC and Coventry Building Society Arena. The aim was to see how the players directly involved in these events felt about their experience and to identify opportunities to improve this experience for future finalists.
