ESFA U18 Girls’ Cup Finals 2019 – this year’s finalists for our Celebration of Girls’ Football
The ESFA U18 Girls’ Schools and Colleges’ Cup finals kick off at 12pm and 4pm respectively on Wednesday 27 March at AFC Fylde’s Mill Farm Stadium.
The four finalists, who have battled through 5 previous rounds, in competitions featuring over 100 teams, will face each other in the two National Finals for the final matches of the season at Fylde, as part of the ESFA’s Celebration of Girls’ Football. The day will also feature two teams of female match officials as well as ballgirls and mascots from primary schools local to the ground. Entry to the stadium is free for all students and AFC Fylde season ticket holders and only £4 for adults. Alternatively, you can watch the action unfold live via the following links;

ESFA U18 Schools’ Cup for Girls – 12pm KO
Thomas Telford School (Shropshire)
This team is one of several Thomas Telford teams who have made ESFA National Finals this season and are taking on Barking Abbey in the Girls’ U18 Schools’ Final for the second year running. The squad have averaged 7.25 goals per game throughout the season, with three clean sheets and only conceding two goals.

Barking Abbey will be hoping to retain their title as ESFA U18 Schools’ Cup Champions, following their 2018 win against Thomas Telford. The school have been highly successful within ESFA National Finals over several seasons and are hoping to continue their successes in 2019. With 32 goals scored and only 2 conceded the team are in a strong position going into this year’s National Final.

SEEVIC College (Essex)
This will be the first time a team from SEEVIC College has made it to an ESFA National Final. The squad have averaged 8.5 goals per match, conceded two and reached the final with two clean sheets.
