Schools’ Football Week

What is Schools’ Football Week?

Schools’ Football Week is an ESFA initiative designed not only to highlight the huge scale of Schools’ Football in England, but also as an opportunity for schools, teams and clubs from across the country to showcase the talent of their pupils, dedication of their teachers and coaches and the benefits that playing schools’ football brings to their school or association. The campaign is run every year and gives us the opportunity to celebrate all things schools’ football.

Who is Schools’ Football Week for?

Schools’ Football Week is for anyone who contributes to Schools’ Football in England and the pupils & teams they work with. Whether you are a school teacher with school teams, an ESFA volunteer with district and county teams, a coach who trains school players, a Community Trust providing opportunities for children, a local government partnership who give more children the chance to play…this is for you! We want to celebrate all the work that’s done at all levels of Schools’ Football to really show the scale and enjoyment at this grassroots level of the game.
