We have some fantastic competition offers, resources and opportunities available to support Schools’ Football Week 2021 from some of our ESFA partners – you can take a look at what’s available below:
PlayStation F.C. Schools’ Cup
PlayStation F.C. Schools’ Cup will be setting two Next Level Challenges for your pupils to take part in throughout the week, with PlayStation goodies up for grabs:
1. The best top bins – giving the keeper no chance of saving the shot
2. The best goal celebrations – from dabs to dances, knee slides to acrobatics
During the week PlayStation F.C. Schools’ Cup ambassador and England star, Georgia Stanway, will be hosting a Q&A on the @PSSchoolsCup Instagram page and would love to answer questions from your pupils. Please send them to email@example.com by 21st May.

ESFA partners, and co-creators of the Classroom Challenge competitions, Panini, have been creating some worksheets for pupils to use to discover more about their rich past that delves deep into the history of football. With puzzles and Panini trivia to boot – there’s plenty that can be added into lesson-time during Schools’ Football Week for some additional educational resources
Premier League Primary Stars
Premier League Primary Stars will be running a pupil art challenge ‘Draw Together’ linked to the No Room for Racism campaign, asking young people to create a piece of artwork that shows how they will support those being affected by racism and discrimination. You can find lots more resources that might be useful for lesson planning for SFW also from the Premier League – everything is completely free and covers football linked activities in English, Maths and PSHE at www.plprimarystars.com
University Campus of Football Business (UCFB)
ESFA higher education partners, UCFB are sharing a guide for careers within football along with a downloadable EURO 2020 wall chart for your school or office. The guide can be used within lessons to show pupils there are a multitude of routes into football and playing the game doesn’t have to be one of them. UCFB will also be offering opportunities to book in webimars or face to face presentations on career opportunities which can be booked for SFW itself or beyond.

The OddBalls Foundation
The ESFA will be formally announcing their newest partner, The OddBalls Foundation on 26 April, but ahead of the launch, they wanted to get involved with supporting Schools’ Football Week 2021.
The OddBalls Foundation, are raising awareness of testicular cancer and in support of Schools’ Football Week want to host as many talks for schools in England as possible. The talks are 15 minutes long, free, cover the basics of testicular cancer and are appropriate for all genders & ages.
