Panini Classroom Challenge judging commences and additional Panini resources for Schools’ Football Week!

A record breaking 8000 entries from over 400 schools makes the latest Panini Classroom Challenge the biggest yet!

Through the ESFA and panini’s ongoing partnership, back in April, Primary Schools from across the country were invited to register to receive some Panini Classroom Challenge packs containing sticker albums, sticker packs and the challenge worksheet. The competition prize was a huge £3000 in cash for the winning school, a £50 amazon voucher, a signed football shirt and a Panini assembly presentation for the winning school.

This latest challenge was a ‘Design a football’ competition, encouraging children to get creative with their artwork, and well…they certainly have! The standard of entries has been higher than ever giving our judges a tough task to pick a winner in the coming days. We have received a record breaking 8000 individual entries from over 400 different primary schools from across England. It’s amazing to see so many children getting involved in this fun and exciting opportunity and to see the high levels of creativity and talent that primary school pupils in England possess.

The winner will be announced during Schools’ Football Week on Friday 29th May with the best designs shared on our social media channels (@schoolsfootball) on twitter and Instagram so be sure to stay tuned!

Panini have also put together some amazing resources as part of Schools’ Football Week, providing worksheets for pupils to use to discover more about their rich past that delves deep into the history of football.
