England U15 Schoolgirls’ Assistant Manager Position
Voluntary 2 year fixed term, with potential for an additional 2 year extension
The English Schools’ Football Association is pleased to advertise for the position of Assistant Manager for the U15 England Schoolgirls team.
The role entails working with the U15 Girls squad over the next two seasons, before being promoted to Team Manager for a further two seasons. The assistant role would entail all aspects of managing an International squad, including, but not limited to selection, training and game management.
The successful candidate would be expected to attend all team training camps (approximately three per season) and travel with the team to all fixtures against the home nations. There is also a potential for overseas travel. Overall this commitment entails approximately 16 days per season (with the majority over weekends).

The deadline for submission is Sunday 25th November. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by Sunday 2nd December.
Short listed candidates will be asked to attend an assessment process including a practical coaching element: interviews will take place on Sunday 9th December, in Stafford, where the final trial for this season’s girls’ squad is being hosted at Stafford Town.
