The English Schools’ FA have already launched the Reward and Recognition programme to help show our appreciation to volunteers from within the broad spectrum of schools’ football. Whilst we have already been able to present two worthy winners with some prizes this season, we still want to do more to improve the programme and provide valued rewards for the volunteers nationwide.
We know that the ESFA exists on a platform of incredibly dedicated and hard-working volunteers and we really want to be able to give a ‘thank you’ to them in ways that we know they will appreciate.
The latest winner was John Anderson from Gainsborough, Lincolnshire:
John received a pair of tickets to the England vs Croatia game at Wembley and although this may be a fantastic prize for a England fan like John, we recognise that perhaps not every volunteer would necessarily feel personally rewarded with England tickets.
Therefore, we want to put the question to YOU
What type of rewards would you personally value?
As a result of this, we have put together a short questionnaire and invite you to please, take a couple of minutes to let us know your thoughts. Additionally, we would appreciate if you could share this link far and wide, to your own network of volunteers so we can get a really good idea of what people are looking for.
